The Lussier Community Education Center is a place for people of all backgrounds to lead and learn, give and receive. Our space is intended to be an accessible resource used to promote personal growth and community well-being. Facility use proceeds go to operating costs, building upkeep, and the LCEC program support. If our fees would prevent you from using our facility, we are open to negotiate fees on a sliding scale. We hope that our building can be a place utilized by everyone in the community.
Our innovative building is strategically situated on the Ezekiel Gillespie Middle School and Vel Phillips Memorial High School campuses, across the street from the Wexford Ridge apartment complex, adjacent to athletic fields on Gammon Road, and one block from West Towne Mall.
This dynamic community facility provides:
12,000 square feet of energy-efficient and green-built space
35 parking spaces
Flexible multi-purpose classrooms, a commercial kitchen, food pantry, radio recording studio, meeting spaces, a gym, and more.
Steps for renting a room at the LCEC:
1. Know the details of your event. Think about the date, time, and how many people will be attending.
2. Look at the Room Rates Chart and determine what best suits your needs.
3. Email Clifford Wilford, Administrative Assistant, or reach him by phone at 608.833.4979 ext 221 to ask about availability and request a hold on the space you choose.
4. Download, complete, and return the Facility Use Request Form. Remember that your event isn’t confirmed until we receive your completed Space Rental Packet, security deposit and/or payment.
