Steps for renting a room at the LCEC:
1. Know the details of your event. Think about the date, time, and how many people will be attending.
2. Look at the Room Rates Chart and determine what best suits your needs.
3. Email Clifford Wilford, Administrative Assistant, or reach him by phone at 608.833.4979 ext 221 to ask about availability and request a hold on the space you choose.
4. Download, complete, and return the Space Rental Packet. Remember that your event isn’t confirmed until we receive your completed Space Rental Packet, security deposit and/or payment.
