The Lussier Community Education Center brings people from the West Side of Madison together. From after school programs to food assistance, community resource navigation to shared meals, the LCEC strengthens community bonds and offers a space to build a more just and lively Madison.
Visit us from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Volunteer with LCEC
The Lussier Community Education Center Food Pantry provides free groceries and essential items to anyone in need. Open twice a week, the pantry helps individuals and families access fresh produce, proteins, and shelf-stable foods in a welcoming, community-focused environment. No ID or proof of address is required.
Guests may visit up to four times per month and volunteers are always welcome to help keep the shelves stocked and support neighbors.

The Lussier Community Education Center supports youth through a variety of engaging, educational, and community-based programs. These include afterschool and summer programs for elementary, middle, and high school students that provide academic support, creative activities, leadership development, and opportunities to build life skills. The center also offers youth internships and a Kids Café program, giving young people a safe, inclusive space to learn, grow, and connect with mentors while growing with confidence, responsibility, and a sense of belonging in their community.
