The Lussier Community Education Center is thrilled to announce the appointment of Arturo Ambriz as its new Executive Director, effective immediately. With a proven track record of dedication to building community, creating opportunities, and enriching education, Arturo’s passion and expertise align perfectly with the values and mission of the LCEC.

Arturo joins the LCEC after over 10 years of exceptional service at the Bridge Lake Point Waunona Community Center. Throughout his tenure, Arturo has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to uplifting his community and fostering strong relationships with local businesses and organizations to aid in community wellbeing. His tireless advocacy for social justice will no doubt bring immense value to the entire LCEC team, our programs, and community.

We are excited to welcome Arturo to the LCEC family. His background in community engagement and experience in constructing robust, collaborative partnerships make him an ideal fit for our organization. Arturo has a proven record of building rapport and trust with staff, communities, partners, and beyond. When he accepted the offer, he emphasized how excited he is to learn and grow with The Center staff and all those who see the LCEC as a beacon of hope and support. As Executive Director, Arturo will oversee the CEC’s operations related to our partnerships, donor relations, youth programs, food pantry, and general center-wide services, ensuring that they continue to meet the ever-evolving needs of the community.
